COLLECTING ON PAY DAY LOAN... TELLING ME IM GOING TO BE GARNISHED LOL LITTLE DO THEY KNOW IV DONE COLLECTIONS BEFORE

this company just called me and my wife .. they are trying to bully us into paying a debt for a pay day loan. can u really be arrested for not paying a pay day loan back?????

So i got a call about some legal matters stating that i was being garnished. LOL im ot currently unemployed, good luck with getting funds. Isnt this illegal??????

This number called me stating that they were going to serve me court docs for a payday loan that I never got. Gave a social number and email that was not mines, haha! They still kept telling me that I would be served....tell those [***] good luck...

You cannot be arrested for debt.  It's a civil matter, not criminal..  Just an extortionist calling, ignore them, is my advice.
