This company, who goes by "National" among others is a fraudulent debt collector that violate the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, by claiming their victims, i.e., those they call and claim have defrauded a payday lender, will be sent to jail and or sued in court. NO ILLEGAL PAYDAY LENDER CAN SUE YOU IN COURT. Tell them to take you to court and bring their recording of their illegal threat too.

Generally any company that calls from a number that says "Unknown" in the caller ID is trying to hide somehting. This company actually calls you first, clamining they are a "locator" and have filed a lawsuit against you that will take place in the next week and that you "should have received a copy of the lawsuit" and that the only way to avoid the lawsuit and "a charge of fraud against you" is by paying them immediately.

Don't pay them and don't worry about them. There is absolutely nothing they can do to you.
