I continue to get calls from this number for debt collection- for a woman my husband was married to 20 years ago!  I have asked them to remove my number from their list since the person they are looking for is not at my number.  Including the supervisor, each one of those people is extremely rude and they hang up on me when I explain that the person they want does not live in my home

Then it may be time to get tough with them - try to get the caller's name, company name and address, so that you can send a cease and desist letter to them via certified mail/signature/return receipt.  That way, they know you're serious about going after them for persisting in calling you.  

However, if they refuse to give you that information, you can always tell them that you are recording their calls every time they call, to give to your attorney for a lawsuit for violations of the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and FDCPA (Fair Debt Collections Practices Act) - after all, you are not the person they are looking for, and they continue to harass you.

Other than that, I don't think there's much you can do, except block their number, but they may change it so calls can come through anyway.

Got a cal from this number and tried to explain that there was no person by a name they were trying to reach. the male on the other end was extremely rude while trying to explain that attempted to ask them to not call our number. then the person on the other end said to not call them and they only want to speak to the person they are looking for, but my parentals have no association with them, only by last name.
