Same here..Calls constantly and leaves no message. I NEVER answer unless it shows who is calling not just a telephone number.

The company was calling my home phone for somebody I've never heard of. Basically left a thing on my answering machine saying that if I didn't pick up after a pause that it was confirmation I had gotten their message. (which is a brilliant thing if you actually WORK during the day or are avoiding debt collection, huh?)  I called them back - said my number was unlisted, on do not call list, and asked how they got my number. They said the number was given to them by another person as a reference to the gentleman they were looking for. I said I have no idea, but this is a new phone number and I had no clue who they were looking for. The guy was very polite and said he'd remove me from their list. I said okay - but if I keep getting calls I'm going to be pissed and I will call you back until you remove it. He assured it was removed. <Sure.... we'll see>
