recorded message is for my daughter-in-laws father! The callers name and company is garbled. It tells me, if I am "not *** disconnect, do not listen as the message contains private information!" Then it says it's regarding an unpaid debt, with an account number, and asks *** to call back.  Did anyone else get a call from this number?

same message for me. Did you determine who this is. It's very odd.

The number is to a scavenger debt collection agency out of Texas, Commercial Recovery Systems, Inc.  I would not recommend dealing with them personally, and do not give them any information without contacting an attorney beforehand.   They are extremely rude and threatening.

These people freaking suck they called me about a debt that didn't exist and they were extremely rude and disrespectful! I just about post it trying to talk to them. Wouldn't give me any info and put me on hold in the middle of a sentence

The rudest individuals I've ever encountered in a phone call!!! I have reported them (after consulting an attorney) to IC3. gov   If you get phone calls from them again please fill out the complaint form at that site. The more people that do that the better it is. DON'T answer ANY of their questions....just hang up and do so repeatedly until they stop. Hope we can get this taken care of so they don't harass anymore people.
