Came up on caller ID as WSMOBILM (all caps).  Unintelligible recording, but something about my debit card, blah blah press 1, 2 .... Google shows this phone number is associated with Union stuff and others. If dialed, says not a valid number ???

I had the same thing happen-i don't see any issues with my debit card though??

Yeah, same thing happened to me.  What's the deal?  It said that my debit card has been canceled and asks if I would like to reactivate it, but I do not have a debit card.  I am hoping this isn't some phishing scheme...

Got call from 888-978-6466 saying my debit card frozen due to unusual activity, then to press 0 to talk to a security officer.  I hung up and call my bank next day then their fraud prevention subcontractor who said no problem on my accounts and they did not call nor did they know who's number the -6466 belonged to.  The bank and fraud dept said they assume it was a phishing scam but it was so common they wouldn't do anything about it other than to log it in there database of potential fraud numbers.  Not very reassuring - but maybe a post here will help someone out.....  Good luck consumers
