Whatever scammer is calling from this number is calling my family members, work leaving harassing messages that they have a warrant out for me. I paid to have a warrant check across the united states and it came up zero.
Is there a way to get them to stop calling,

You're dealing with just another simple-minded Fraud. If you talk to the desperate scammer again tell him to mail (NOT e-mail or Fax.) a legitimate & verifiable notice of validation. As per federal law under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). When he refuses, or starts making excuses, he has proven himself to be a fraud. Tell him you are aware of your rights, that you know he's a scammer and that he's wasting his time.

I know I owe money on a payday loan and didn't update information on my bank information
But instead of calling from (888) 978-6612 or they call from private back to back about five times and give up. I had a girl with a southern accent saying I did a workless check burn I never had checks for my bank. Then a guy named Jim carry called Monday saying this.is the last time calling. If I don't resolve this or my attorney then it will be done in court. I never received anything in the mall. He is also trying to call my house and my job about this nonsense. Why threaten people it sometimes doesn't get anywhere.
