- Fired UpThe original call was placed to my fiancee's parent's house. They left a message threatening to send a "summons" to my fiancee's work or home. I called back the next day. They then said the "case number" was pertaining to me. Stating I had over drafted a bank account in 2008(which I did not have). I asked them to send me a copy of their info in the mail, and he said, "I' m not sending you anything in the mail sir". He then spouted off my social security number and asked if it was mine. I did not say yes or no, just again asked for a copy in the mail. He again said no and threatened me with fraud charges. I hung up the phone. When I got home, my fiancée had another message, this time on her cell phone. We called back together and got no answer. We will try again tomorrow. To be continued..........

- Ignore them| 1 replyIt is a scam just laugh at them when they call. Do not give them any information. As a matter of fact just play with them. It will be them all bent out of shape and they will start screaming what they think is your social at you, don't answer them just keep laughing.

- Tired of Harassing calls from Premier replies to Ignore themCaller: Premier Processing. Name: Tony (says he is the owner). Info: Caller id restricts the number on land line to say outside calls and on cell phone as "restricted number". Was able to get the number off Verizon account. it is 888-978-8650. I called the gentleman from land line, he said "this is Tony". Doesn't quote a business name at all. I asked him where he is located and he said Western New York. I said thank you and hung up. He got the number (landline) I was calling from and called me back saying "you just called me from your number and I want to know why you called my company, I have every right to know why". I replied: Just wanted to see where you were located, have a nice day. Haven't heard back from him. My problem is that he has the entire social security number of the friend of mine he is calling.
Do any of you have this same problem? I contacted the company he said he had a payday loan turned over to him by and they said they had not turned anything over to him. My concern is he has the social security number in full. Any suggestions? - Tired of harassing calls from PremierInfo: Caller id restricts the number on land line to say outside calls and on cell phone as "restricted number".
