    This is a scam debt collector.  They are totally unreasonable.  They are trying to collect on a time-barred debt that is probably twenty years old, made by an x-wife after our divorce.  They have thus far refused to provide written notice or anything else. They will not stop threatening to sue which is one of many violations.
