This number called me. They are Synergy Data Systems Inc, out of Canoga. Park, CA. They offered me free toner, then explained the catch. They send you 2 toners of your choice. You have about 6 months to decide if you like them. Use 1, see if it really does last for 18,000 pages for a mere $10 more than the regular toners. If you like it, you pay the included invoice for both toners. If you don't like it, send the 2nd toner back & you just got a free toner. It sounded pretty good to me, so I had them send me one. I just got it today along with a Starbucks gift card & a mini flashlight keychain. We will see how the toner does once my current one is finished. It shouldn't take too long, never does. Hopefully, theirs will last much longer like they said.

I have received the same call and the same offer.  Now that I have tried their toner, I am not impressed. She talked it up, of course, and the toner is no different, except more expensive than my current vendor. Will be sending back ASAP.

A customer service representative named Sage Brown from Synergy Data Systems Inc. called our company.  He wanted me to try their toner cartridges for free and said I would only pay for them if I liked them.  He claimed that their toner cartridges printed at a much higher volume than even the HP manufactured toner catridges.  I asked if his company had a website and he said 'no - we do it the old school way'.  Being suspicious, I asked him to mail me some information about their company before I considered his offer.  He said they don't send out info. in advance about their company.  Well, apparently they do not do it 'the old school way'.  I told him that I had to hang up because I never purchase supplies before I do my research.
Believe me, nothing in life is free....be informed and beware of fast talking salesmen.  

Our company has been receiving calls from this company.  Sage Brown and another gentleman have called a few times. They don't take no for an answer.  It seems that more and more companies are using these aggressive sales tactics.  The other calls that we receive on a daily basis is from the "California State Business Development".  The callers have very thick accents and stick to their scripts. They do everything that they can to make you say "yes" to their questions.  I believe they record the yes, your name and possibly add charges to your phone bill. There's nothing you can do about that one. I'm going to invest in an airhorn.

I have been doing business with this company for some time.  I like the cartridges but you have to watch them!  They bill you for cartridges that they never send.  If they are sending you 4, they will send 2 cartridges in 2 separate boxes and bill you on two separate bills for 2 cartridges each.  I have to call every time to tell them that they shorted me.  I think this is how they afford the free gifts they send.   Most people do not pay attention to how many cartridges they actually  receive.  If you purchase from them, just make sure you receive the amount of cartridges that you are billed for!

They find out the name of someone at your company and use that name on a bogus invoice they send out to you.  Our invoice was for 2 ea. HP 60 ink cartridges and 2 ea. HP 61 ink cartridges and the total was $272.05!!  Imagine!  I buy those cartridges at WalMart for $13.75 EA.!!  They were charging $63 each PLUS $20.05 for shipping them!  Also, we did not receive any cartridges!
I called their toll-free number to address this issue and told him all the info above, and he said - "If the product arrives, just deny delivery.  If you got them already, we'll issue a call tag - customer service will call you on Monday. And just tear up that invoice."

Received many calls from this number over the years.  Always the same offer, and the price they say they will charge is always less than what they actually charge!

Got a fast talking aggressive salesman wanting us to try their toner. Asked for more information about their company, and he wanted to send a catalog out to me. I said no, I do not want the catalog, I want more information about your company and contact information to call you back when I have time to talk about this. He hung up on me.....lol
