This number appeared in a note card (sent 1st class from Phoenix) which I received today from  a "Candice Hughes, Vice President" at "Delta Sky Rewards" saying that I had been awarded two round trip airline tickets worth up to $1399.00.Of course this is a scam since Delta's program is called Sky Miles - not Sky Rewards.

Being sent through the mail falls under the Postmasters domain:
US Postal Service Inspectors https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/forms/MailFraudComplaint.aspx 
Or take it to your local postmaster.

I received the exact same thing in the mail yesterday.  It was also sent first class from Phoenix.  I don't have a Delta Skyrewards card, so I assumed it was a scam and threw it out without calling.

Just received the same thing. Number is 18889646795 what's the scam here?

.....and plane on card has no Delta insignias.
