This is a phone number included with an old fashond "snail-mail" scam.

Inside one of those check-envelopes that you tear the outside edges off to reveil what looks like a check for $1,223.00 from Delta Airlines, calling itself Delta SkyRewards. Reading the letter, it says you're eligible for two free round-trip tickets anywhere in the continental U.S.. I called Delta, and they knew nothing about it. I called the scammer, and eventually got offered 3 pair of those $1,223 round-trip tickets AND  a cruise, just to go check out a new local travel agency, so they can say hi, and my promise ro consider using them sometime in the future.

What a load of bs! We know the deal, and it involves giving them my Credit Card, or my bank routing codr, in order to get these "free" tickets.
