Just got a call from these people saying I was listed as next of kin from someone and they were trying to serve me papers for something that has nothing to do with me. It was for a court summons for someone I know. I passed on the phone number to that individual but it sounds like a scam.

These people have called my daughter and my son saying they have tried 4 times to deliver a summons to my address. My daughter told them off and my son told them he would give me the message.

These people are the worst type, calling my family (my 15 year old niece) threatening on how they were going to sue me pretending to be a nationwide company (AAA, yes, like the auto insurance). As someone said above, street rats.

I will be contacting the FTC today.  Caller states company they are calling from is "Edison Park and Associates," which is a fictitious law firm.  Google it.  Caller stated "Clerk's Office" had papers to serve me.  Guess what?  I WORK AT THE CLERK'S OFFICE, you lying sack o' crap!

called saying they were from clerk's office and regarding papers that are being mailed to me. Wanting me to call with questions and to verify address, employer, etc.

I got the same call today that the were trying to serve me with papers.  They did not state who they represented or what the matter is regarding.  When I called the number, they answered the phone saying "corporate office."  Appears to be a collection agency but I am not calling back to find out!

They called my 13-year-old STEP GRANDDAUGHTER today.

The adults who pay for that phone can have calls from that number blocked.  Her provider can tell them how.

Called me stating papers would be forwarded to the clerks office?

They have called me numerous times- a female the first 2 times and then a male. Stating that they were sending some documents from "the clerks office"  care of ALAN JOHNSON and if I had questions regarding the matter to contact them at that number.   Who the hell is ALAN JOHNSON?  And who afre these people??  WTF?

They called my work today saying they would be sending paperwork there.  They will use all kinds of scare tactics.  These people are truly the scum of the human species.

I received the same type of message today on my phone.  They had the wrong first name and were asking to verify an address for employment to record at the county clerks office.  It sounds very suspicious.  Thanks for the info. I'll delete the message.

Just got a call from an Unknown and received this message regarding papers and using an old address of mine and citing a Doc Reference Code 13CA 86609JS then telling me to call him back to verify address and employment or they will be regarded as valid.

They called my husband's work. Asking down payment for what he owed. He refused. Next day they called my mom and harassing her regarding my husband's debt.

I 1st got a msg, asking if I knew John Carter? Then going on saying the same stuff others had posted. I forwarded the msg to John thru his mom, whom I know, John I do not.  
Now I am getting the same type of msg. They give my name & address. Scary!  I have gotten 2 msgs, but each give a different call back # & a different "case#". I am going to continue to ignore these calls.
They even called my brother asking if they knew John Carter & asked for me!! How are they getting this information?

Got a call from this number they called my grandmother and Harassed her and told her that I was getting sued. They also called me And harassed me Several times. Went to the Clark's office they have records.
