Received text ad from rent to own scam thanking me for "my interest" in their program, which I never had heard of. Blocked number.

Block them. Scam.

Got call and asked twice her company name she said it so fast couldnt get it.  Called to set me up on rent to own property i stated i have bad credit not interested she then proceeded to transfer me to credit specialist and she transferred me to attorney in knoxville tn.

Looking for an apartment found this on internet. Says rent to own with no down payment. Demanded money to assist me then DEMANDED I updated my credit report. Definitely a scammer

Im desperate looking to move. Ken said he got my info off rent.com. He said that I qualify to own a home and connected me to a fake law firm to check my credit. Now I feel dumb after I did my research because I gave him my info.

Don't feel dumb SMH. They got me too. After I gave them my info. I felt dumb also. I call my company n cancelled right away but they still got my SS. 😱🤬

Seems to me that "Tom" who posted here in 2018 is the least informative of all of the posts in this thread.

I was asked personal information @ then transferred to some law firm.
