My 90 year old mother got a call from this person with thick accent saying she had outstanding tax bill that she needed to pay or risk losing her house. She was given this as a call-back number, and when I called, they answered the phone as Internal Revenue Service! It was clearly a scam when they said that this was not income tax but the Federal Tax that everyone needs to pay.

Yes I had call last week like yours, from CRA. and he said that we charge for illegal case on be half of David Carlton. Should we call back as soon as possible. But he mention just our last name, no first name, and we are family that 3 of us with this last name, he didn't know who going to this charge:-))) I found this on my voice mail home phone, no letter, no cellphone miss call. so for sure it would be fraud.

received a call from this number with heavy indian accent. he says that i had 3 unpaid bills and he is going to send my file to police and they will be at my door step within 1 hr. I couldn't stop laughing and he asks me not to laugh as the police are going to be there soon. i hung up the phone as i knew that this is a fraud call.

I have reported this number to any authority I can call about three weeks ago......why doesn't somebody shut them down?!  They are still out there trying to take advantage of good people!!!

They were talking back to the recording of Kathleen Turner , truly thinking that it is a real person talking.
He kept saying - no Madam this is not a residence this is IRS!

at 0603 rec'd call from 18889859074, came in with id United States.  Guy started telling me about fraudulent tax return.  I said you are a f&^%(#g liar.  1st of all the USA Government doesn't work this early and 2nd I haven't filed taxes in 3 years. He hung up.

I sent a text to this number telling them their call is fraud and they are being reported to the FBI
They are  over seas thugs trying to pry money out of hard working Americans

return call and will not answer
