I got a call today.  Claims to be a collection agency but it was for a credit card I never had.  They claimed they mailed me a letter in April but I never got anything.

Random call to my personal cell, no message left, BLOCKED.

James....did they try to get you to verify your last four digits of your social and address?...they called my sister and they HAD the last four of her social, she is really worried about it.

I just got the same call. I called the number for the credit card company and they have no information about me. The credit card company is looking further into it and possibly fraud charges against them

VM left said  there was a Court Filing in my name & wanted me to call back. I  Blocked #

Just got a recorded call from this number.  Caller ID says "800 service".  No name mentioned. "This is a final attempt to contact you...".   Blah, Blah.   Such a scam.  Beware.

They called talking about a credit card i had with household bank. Never had one but they had the last 4 digits of my SSN and my name and address

They have been calling my cell phone twice a day for the past few days, and they never leave a voicemail. I have an app on my phone that flags this number as potential spam.

Caller left cm as I block unknown numbers.  Claimed not a scam and advised this was my last chance to avoid lawsuit for debt.   Thing is, they did not have any of my indo and I don't have any debt as I have immaculate credit and no unpaid balances on anything.  They asked for return call but yeah, NO!

Didn't get a call but a letter with return # same as above, 888-689-9064, claims to be about my car service contract expiring, I don't even have such a thing. So FYI BEWARE OF THIS #
