Unknown caller, did not answer, no message left. Number blocked now.

Julie from Home Security Promotions. I've had this same call from various numbers. I finally tried to answer yes to all the questions then I was on hold for about 5 mins. Finally a guy named Andrew introduces himself and says he will be my security specialist.  I said "Andrew ive asked repeatedly to be removed from.... *click.   he hung up.

So I got a call from them on my cell phone and the next day the same number popped up on the caller ID at work.  I answered the call at work but they hung up.

They also call using other numbers. These scammers keep rolling and changing the numbers they call from. The Government is going have to get with all the communications companies and have them develop a system that will not allow a caller to change, spoof or mask their calling number. Something that verifies the IRD / IP / MAC address of the device placing the call.
