Same! phone call and no VM.

I would think if it was the emergency weather line they would leave a message so people would know what to do.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone but I have a robo blocker and the call was blocked.  However, there was a message on my landline from the same number.  This is the message:

"This is the city of Jacksonville with an emergency message please listen to the message and confirm as directed. We anticipate serious impacts from hurricane Dorian. Jacksonville mayor Lenny Curry has ordered a mandatory evacuation of zones A and B throughout Duvall County starting at 8 am today.  Shelters will open at 10 am today for those that need them. For a list of locations including pet friendly and special needs shelters go to JAXready dot com or call 630 City.  Residents living in low lying areas manufactured homes or areas prone to flooding should also evacuate.  Remember to bring your emergency kit which should include your prescriptions, insurance documents and other personal needs while you're away from home. Remain diligent and aware of your surroundings at this time and please stay tuned to your local news channels for the latest up dates"

I called back and got: "You missed an important message from City of Jacksonville, Emergency Department."  It then went on to instruct me to go to the website to read the message.  It did not repeat it.
