Calling regarding a Letigation from a "Recent Accident"????

Just received a message as well stating my vehicle is a total loss from Kemper through their use submitted inspection system and there adjuster department. Even spoke to my claim agent about it and varieties that it’s just legal notice from them to reach out as part of the claim. Still verify with the claims department

Texted me saying claim has been reported about an accident but didn’t state a date or place of the accident. Left a number of kemper insurance. I verified that it is actually kamper insurance number. When i called back it has also said that i have a claim open and when i tried to connect with the adjuster it says rashonda is not available
