I had a woman call for a 'local' client in Wisconsin about the home I have listed for sale and to verify information about my FISBO listing.  After too many obnoxious questions, I started to tell her that if she would like to schedule an appointment I would be happy to do so, but before I was able to finish my statement, she hung up on me.

I had a similar call.  She would only give her first name, claimed she was a "virtual assistant" for her client, who she could not name.  When I asked if she were a realtor, she hung up. Obnoxious, not very bright, too real to be virtual.

Listed my FSN home and got similar phone call.  It's a scam of some sort.

similar call asking about for sale by owner home. Now I'm worried I'm going to find somebody squatting in my house and I won't be able to get rid of them even buy eviction. Seriously thinking about working with a realtor now.

Same here, female by name of Jessica, asking about home listed, would I take what is owed for it and/or lease to own for her client. Never identified her broker or her realty company.

I have my home for sale, FSBO, and this woman Jessica called numerous times. It is very difficult to understand her. She speaks softly and doesn't enunciate. The first few times she called I never returned the call as she asked me to call back on another number and I was unable to understand the number.  She called today and said she had a client, when I asked if the home was in their price range, she became very angry and hung up.  But this is the number 904-330-4514.  Why?

I am selling my house and this stupid woman called - after she asked a series of irrelevant questions including how much I owed on my mortgage - I didn't answer her and started to ask her why she was asking me questions that had nothing to do with the sale of my home - she hung up on me. Moron - get a life you loser and stop preying on decent people that cannot relate to the life of scum that you live.

Yes, I has similar call from another number (904) 556-7233, then shortly after, I got a call from (904) 330-4514 which I didn't pick up. The first caller was a male, asking the same sort of questions if I was willing to sell what was owed on the property, etc. etc...he asked how much I owe, I didn't answer as I was getting some bad vibes from the call. I also got another call from a (305) 909-3623 I didn't answer either.
