Caller ID says Jacksonville FL.  Didn't leave a message.  If it happens again, I will block it.

10/26/2016 Received a phone call said they were from DELL Computer asked if I was having a problem. The man had an Indian sounding accent. I have been solicited before (about four times) from people with an Indian sounding accent - Was a Scam.

Same thing. Said he was from Dell.   It was hard to  understand  him

On November 4 someone from number 904-425-1088 Jacksonville FL called twice leaving no message. Evidently DELL hires foreigners to help you with computer problems and when your no longer covered under warrant they can help you for a price.  I did not accept their offer.  i answered a call (foreigner I could not understand) asked about computer problems.  I told him I was not having problems.  I continue to get calls leaving no message but I do not answer if I don't recognize the number as someone I know.    Evidently, if a one person doesn't get you to bite he passes or sells your number to others.

The guy is NOT from Dell. He is a scammer. Do NOT allowed him to "help" you with your computer. He plants viruses in the computer and gets access to your personal info.
