these people called claiming that the are with a law firm and that they are obligated by law to contact me about a case file against me.. yet when i call back and answering service with no name or company info attached to it. just simple leave your name and number.. thats it

they did the same to us called our home saying my husband would be arrested that night it makes me nerves they had my husbands ss number at least the last 4 digits

They did the same to me ...could not give me any information on debt ... only information. Was company owed name never heard of them

yes they have called my job and i dont know how they have my grandmother's number and yes i called back and its no company name but they want u to leave a message am i really in trouble i havent done anything.... then they say its a formal complaint.... very confused

They have called my home using different tactics about them coming to my home to arrest me and now I guess finally they found out where my last county that I lived in cause they used it today that they were filing by 5:30 p.m.  They told my wife 2 days ago that they had been by the house to serve me papers and my wife told they that it's funny cause she had been home all day long and nobody had come by.  They wanted to know the address and my asked them for the address since they came by.  They are a joke because they cannot arrest you for a debt.  Investigator Kendall Minter but no name of law firm.

They are so full of it. They called and left a message for a co-worker on the office phone. When I called them they would not give out any information and then hung up on me.I started to blow their phone up, and finally they answered Sheriffs office. This is a big scam and they are trying to scare you to pay them money.
