Called my cell at 8:55pm hung up when answered.

A man with a deep, unaccented voice called our direct business line but he had trouble identifying who he wanted to speak with.  Finally asked for "Michael."  When I asked him to clarify which Michael, he paused and said, "Michael Sr."  When I told him we have no one named "senior," it seems he ran out of guesses and hung up.  I suspect this is a scammer who either has purchased blocks of valid numbers (but has no business relationship to those he calls) or he has a device that dials numbers at random.

Called ID said Jacksonville.  I usually don't answer those calls but have family there with health issues so...

Called my number and I didn't answer because I know no-one in Jacksonville, FL which is where the number originates. Thanks to those who reported the spam/scam. This is obviously a fraudulent caller.

Dude with a deep unscented voice called and asked for inaudible name...I asked who he wanted to talk to...he hung up...suspect spammer...am blocking

Called at 8:47 on a Friday morning. Asked to speak to the head of my household, I asked who I was speaking to. He then asked again, then I asked who I was speaking to. He got annoyed and said he’d update his records. Okay.

Called around 4 PM, didn’t answer because my phone marked it as “Scam Likely” from Jacksonville. They left me a voicemail which was a deep man voice who asked for me by name, the rest of the call was silence. CREEPY.

This "guy" calls daily now, and he asks for you by name in a well-polished "authoritative" voice (may even be automated, which responds in turn to your answers.) Based on their well-practiced tone/demeanor this band of thugs are using in this new scam, I can see why most people automatically respond back -- as you think it is someone who knows you or has a legit reason for calling YOU. But, this is a criminal gang spoofing a number out of the Jax area, scammers,thugs, and GOD I hope they get nailed and go straight to jail where they can use their smooth-talkin' voice on the guy driving something into their behinds. It's-a-COMING, you thugs, and I have a police device tracking you. We are on to you and very soon will have a hand around your wrists.

Deep authoritative voice asked for Tony. My son's nickname when he was a child, he is now 30 and hasn't used nickname since he attended FL Virtual School.  When I said he's not here, can I take a message. He said I will update the records and he hung up.

Male caller asked for my wife by name. When I told him he had the wrong number he went into his speech asking for a donation to help veterans.

Called my cell 11 times within a minute. My app identified it as fraud and never picked up.

Called My cell phone around dinner time, left no message. My area code is Florida, which draws an amazing number of calls from spammers. From comments above, this is apparently another.

I didnt answer it was a Jacksonville number and i do not have family there.

Called today at 7:30 PM. Asked to speak to the head of the household. Is this 1930- lol. I said this was a business phone for Keller Williams Realty and how can I help him. He said "Sorry I will update my records." Then he hung up, so strange.

I had a missed call at 7:05 this evening. Didn’t answer it. I googled the # & found these reports immediately. I’m happy to see this! I’ve been getting a ridiculous amount of these random scam calls & from fake numbers for months now. I’m glad everyone here is reporting this.

I just got call from the same number .. I was expecting call from my dr and I unfortunately answered...  he asked for my name I said yes, then he asked me for my cc number for to donate for the veterans, I hang up and block the number ... but they have my first and last name ... I’m worried . this same number called me before.

Received a call on my cell phone from this number at 10:29am this morning. I usually don't answer numbers I don't recognize, but I am expecting a call from a contractor, so I answered.  Man with a deep unaccented voice, did not identify himself, and asked if my husband was there......very strange.
