I got a call from HP & asscoicates saturday morning saying they have a case on me from Check N Go, and that they needed to hear from me within 24 hours  or else they will proceed with my case with or without hearing from me, so i called them back on sunday, no answer straight to voicemail.
They called me back yesterday morning, when i answered a women asked me if i was who she was looking for i stated yes, she said "perfect", and went on to explain the case they had and if they do not get payment from me today that they will write it as check fraud, i asked if there is anyway that i can make payments she said hold and she would ask the so called client, she put me on hold and a man answered, (sounded black) and said that they would not work with me, and i had to pay $580.00 today or i would and i quote "be arrested and would not see my babies for awhile" and i started crying asking he to stop yelling at me and let me get a word in he said "I have nothing let to say, you either pay or thats it you will go to jail" he hung up and magically the lady was back on the line?!! I called my husband frantically scared, he called these people and asked for a copy of said statement and she asked for his email to send it to, he gave it to them and they still have not emailed said statement. nor have they calledd me or him back after speaking to us.
My husband went down to the Check N Go and asked for a copy of the contract and the willing told him that they had sold off my account balance to a company and that i need to call said company to find out details. First of all that is illegal without notice of said contract being sold.
My husband and friends said that HP and associates are a scam and that if they are not willing to provide copies and making a threats to people with a BBB rating of F that they are not ligit and to ignore all said calls.
if anyone else has a advice please let me know, the more dirt i can get on these people the better for me.

This company is the worst kind of bottom-feeder. They have been harassing my client, a disabled war veteran, for a bounced check which he discharged in his bankruptcy. Therefore what they are doing is not only immoral but illegal. An address or any other information that I can obtain will be used to file a lawsuit against these ****bags.

Yes my daughter got.a.call from this same number yesterday told her she.would go to jail if.she.didnt pay them $5000 dollars by 4:00pm yesterday.and the same thing cash and go loan place also.thank you so much.plus today a black guy from there also told her he would  put a bullet in the back of her.head just today  so what can we do about this?
