Jacksonville, Florida..no message..now calling cell phones

This “fund raiser state trooper” scammer keeps calling me no matter how many times I tell them to never call me again.  This has gone on for years.  Then, as soon as I start to say something again, he rudely hangs up in me.  Then if I call back, I get a recorded message.

Called my office issued cell phone asking for it's previous owner (whom hasn't had it for nearly 3 years). Told him he had reached an organization number and he immediatly hung up.

Made a political donation a few years back, and I get slammed by every telemarketer looking for a handout. These guys claim to be trooper organization looking for funds... screw them they already got their funds for giving me a speeding ticket for going 5MPH over the speed limit.

Called at 9:37 am, never answer calls I do not know just come here to check on the latest scam.

I didn't bother to pick up the unwanted all

Called my cell phone. When I answered "Hello", they just hung up.

Received this call 11/07/17 & applied my simple equation:
Unknown caller "+" no msg left "=" SCAM
If u respond to these "phishing" calls u'll be "hooked" for more calls attempting to drain your bank accts & likely funding terrorism!!!

Called and asked for me by my first name, he goes into the spill about the trooper fund raiser. I hung up and blocked the number.

Called at 8:45am on my cell phone. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. If they don't leave a message, I'm pretty sure it's a scam. Blocked the number.
