Person will not leave a message nor a name regarding why they are attempting to call.

Coggin toyota at avenues calling to try and buy my used car. They have called 3 times today. I finally answered on the 3rd call. Annoying.

Number called this morning, but didn't leave a message.   My caller ID showed "Outgoing Call!" an apparent spoofing technique.  I've got the number blocked so it won't ring through.   Coggin Toyota is rated "F" by the BBB.   Big surprise there.  http://www.bbb.org/north-east-florida/busines ... nville-fl-2566/

Claimed to be calling on behalf of my car I purchased two years ago and claimed to actually be a representative of my dealership and saying they had special offers for me. My dealership is in Virginia. When I questioned the number they said that many customers asked about that and they are not sure why the area code comes up that way. Um, what? Definitely some sort of scam. Do not fall for this. Call your dealership or the company they claim to be directly and report these fools.

They keep calling on my cell phone and not leaving a message.  It is very disruptive since I use my phone mainly for work.  They called from another phone number too and left a message trying to solicit other sales from me.

The caller was a rude overbearing lady who claimed to be calling on behalf of
Mercedes Benz of Tampa and wanted to know what type of car I was going to buy.  I tried not to laugh because the dealer already had that info.  She just sounded like she was fishing for info. Hope she can land a real job someday, that does not require harassing people.  So, I cut her off and only reiterated the info the witch already had at her disposal.  Magically, the calls finally stopped.  Either the dealerships are farming out our personal info to get customers to come back or perhaps they are selling our info as a hot lead to other scum bags in your zip code!!  Save yourself the hassle and google numbers you do not recognize before you pick up.  If it is truly important they will leave a message.

Call about every 2-3 days but never leave a message.  Thank goodness I'm able to block the number so that my phone doesn't ring or show missed call
