rings and never leaves message

Rings and nothing.

The Florida Troopers Association campaign asking for donations (They will send a decal and a letter with a suggested donation).  I am not sure if this is legit 503c organization.

I didn't answer and they left no message. I especially resent these calls on Sunday mornings!

caller id was a VoIP number. Left no message.

I do not want to get these phone calls anymore.  They call pretty much on a daily basis and leave no message.

That should tell you the number is spoofed and probably best left alone. These guys are swindlers who'll want to remain anonymous since they're basically collecting for themselves. They're also known for using their cell phones for underhanded tactics, too. If you don't know the number, don't return calls, it's a better chance to work against you than for you.
