I received a call from a man with broken English saying he was from the IRS. I told him the IRS does not call. He said I was going to be arrested. I hung up.

Same here, just got a call from a female voice speaks broken English, says her name was "susan" claimed work for "federal investigation of the IRS..." Threatened, if not cooperate with her, she would send police officer to make arrest (?)

I also received a call from 904-425-9834 from a guy that sounded Nigerian and was saying I owed the IRS and they had liens, etc.  I just hope I don't get a $29,000 phone bill like someone else I know.  Also they knew my previous name prior to my married name and asked for me in a hyphenated name.

Now they are from FBI (nothing less!) threatening to send officers and arrest.

This guy was having an Indian accent but said his name is James Folsom. Super annoying. Was telling me that he is a federal investigator and they will open a case against me if i don't respond by tonight. He also said they were going to arrest me. He even had the audacity to give me an employee ID (1201288). HA- [***]! I called back and left a message threatening him. He eventually got scared and hung up on me when he called back. Have no idea what they want or what the scam is but there is definitely a scam. Beware!!

Got multiple calls from this number the past 2 days claiming to be from the "Investigative Department of the IRS" with a criminal case against me. Left messages with an accent wanting me to respond, or else he will get me arrested. What a scammer! Even ended the message with "Have a nice day.". BEWARE, this is obviously a scam!

I got this call on Wednesday from a guy saying he is calling from some department of IRS. Said there was a warrant issued and asked if I got mail regarding this. He was going to send officers to arrest me.

So I told him to go right ahead and send his officers. I was pretty pissed, I called back the same number and some lady answered and identified my name from my phone number I guess.  Repeated the same, I asked why they both have an accent and if they are running  a scam. I threatened to call the police and she was mumbling something I did not understand. I am trying to make people aware this is certainly a scam.

Same kind of call! Just ignore it.
