unknown name - live sounding person starts out with a laugh and then "hey is __first name only_ available.  I ask who is calling.  Caller hesitates (quite awhile) and says Derick.  Hey Derick, you seem to be having a problem remembering who you are.  Silence on his end.  I won't ask any more questions because I know you will just hang up.  He does.

CID name line and CID number line are both the same.  Caller is asking for owner by first name only.  When I asked who was calling, the caller just hung up.  A LEGIT business calls and says:  Hi, This is Sam from ABC Business.  May I speak with_____?

called me twice within 10 minutes. same person ( Stanley ) didn't remember that we had just spoken and was very unprofessional and pushy.

This is a person trying to sell their services to businesses.  There services can't be mentioned in the voice mail so they say "Hi this is Alvin from Networks, please give me a call at ..."
