Tiffany Santana called inquiring about a job I had done between nation wide insurance and Servpro after I asked multiple times who she's working for she got rude and hung up on me

Tiffany Santana called and said that my insurance company sent Parker and Young out to give me an estimate.  The weird part was that she knew the name of my insurance company, as well as business that I've been trying to take care of.  She also asked if I have received a quote from Parker and Young. As soon as I responded, she hung up immediately.  My insurance company is unaware of that telephone number, and the person.  I attempted to call her back six different times to no avail.  Who is she, and why would she have my information, and know the name of my homeowner's insurance company?  BEWARE

Unknown number/caller.  No voicemail, no name - I suppose with today's "technology" we don't even know if this is the number that called!  It says, "Jacksonville, FL"
