They do go to court and they do garnish wages.  They appear to follow all the proper procedures.

I got a call from # 904 513 8112, when I picked up the phone they did not say anything so I hung up, I then made an effort to call back and it did not ring.Vizeron knows who it is.

No name in caller ID, calling on a Sunday and what people say do not answer when you call back.

I don't know who called but I wouldn't be scared.  It could of been a wrong number.  Don't worry about it.

I have been getting calls from a number in Jacksonville, Fl, 904 513 8112, nothing was ever said and was not able to call back as it was a fast busy.

Seems like this number calls but no one says anything.

You mean 14th and 4th Amendment it is a fake corporation called Dodge Enterprises Inc. and it is not located anywhere in Florida they just have that address which was change to that in 2012 because I was demanding evidence so when you do a Google map search it shows a building but go to Sunbiz.org and you will find that Robert Hiday of Hiday&Ricke along with Thomas A. Hiday created that fake corporation in 1996 and he has lawyers of Hiday&Ricke use that fake corporation to go after people and they pay off Criminal Justice Judges to have the County Sheriff illegally seize your vehicle without a trial, they did it to me in 2010. The VP name Tammy Wellington is just a name that a female lawyer uses at Hiday&Ricke and the phone they use is a cell phone, a known blocking device, which is a violation of the fair debt collection act and the address on the corporate report for the Name Tammy Wellington is a fraudulent address. All who had dealings with Dodge Enterprises Inc., Hiday&Ricke, or the new fake company they created Gerard Services report it to the FBI ASAP so we can get justice and get our illegally seized property back. I submitted a second complaint to the FBI and I am submitting a Complaint on the Criminal justice judge that aided them in the illegally seizure of my only truck causing me to loose my job.
