Off hours they called my desk phone at work.  Left no voice message.  I never give my desk phone out for personal use so must be some kind of robo call scam.  When I google this number I see all  these lawyer ads about suing Allied Financial for phone harassment so they must be well known jerks.

I received a call from this number on my cell but did not answer.  The voicemail from "Nate" asked for me by name and he is looking for my sibling and spouse.  He also called my house phone and left the same message.  Sibling has no idea what this is about, I googled and the number is linked to Allied financial.  Caller did not leave a company name.   A woman called from a different number and left the same message.  Again no company named mentioned but the number is tied to Allied or Ally financial.  We are not calling them back.

I received a phone call from this number.  There was no message left for me.  I am guessing that it is a scam.

The caller left a message asking for me in relation to a matter involving my husband (who died 11years ago.) What a piece of crap bunch of people trying to suck money out of me all these years later. I’m blocking them.

Thanks for posting this, this is exactly what I received. No business name and a woman named “Kimberly” calling about my sister and her husband. What threw me was she used my whole name. It almost sounded like an emergency.

Has left numerous voicemails on my phone. Who is this? Why are they calling? They don't leave a company name or why, just they "need to speak w me"...I've no reason for people to call me repeatedly.

Caller left a message, used my full name and said it has to do with another name that I did not recognize. Asked for a callback. Will not!

Scam alert!!! Lady called from one phone number, requesting I call a different phone number back. She used my full name and said this was in reference to a family member. Did not list a purpose or a company. When I called back, I told them I was recording the call and they tried to hang up on me. I asked what the matter was and they said this is for private business information, so they needed my family members contact information. I told them I would not give information without knowing the purpose and they hung up on me.

Received voice message asking that I return call immediately.  No name or reason left.  Google yields that this is debt collector, but I don’t have any debt.

Not a debt collector.  Ally Bank gives out car loans so that would make them the original creditor.

Received a voice message today on my cell phone- asking for my husband- there is no place where he is tied to me cell number.  They message gave a direct call back number and a persons name.  Said they were calling in reference to a person neither of us has ever heard of before.  Called back and asked where they got his name from and the first thing she asked was for account number or SS#.  I replied I had no account with them and was not giving them any info.  Said we didn't know this person they called about and asked how they got his name.  She replied 'public records show he is a distant cousin of this person'- but since we dont know her, they will remove our number.  Oddly- they never asked who I was! Definitely felt scammy......

I received a call from this number, no voicemail. Upon googling states Ally Financial. I call the number back, states Ally Financial, sounds like the greeting you would normally hear however, it prompts you to select #2 to speak to the next representative. I got connected, she asked for my account number, says she could not pull up my account and proceeds to ask for my name. I give my name, still cannot find my account after she repeats my account number. She then asks for my social, I decline and gave her my phone number. She still cannot find my account so I hung up. NEVER give your social over the phone. With technology today, it is NOT needed.

Lady named Yvette Johnson left a voicemail asking for me by my full name in regards to a person named Nicholas Johnson. I don’t know a Nicholas Johnson. She  asked me to call her back. This number originates somewhere in Florida and is tied to GMAC/Ally Financial. I don’t now nor have I ever had any business with either of these company names nor do I have any debt so I’m guessing this is probably some kind of scam to get people to reveal personal details or financial information in order to scam money from people. I didn’t call back and I suggest to anyone who gets this same call to be careful what you say if you get or return a call from this number.
