"I actually picked up the phone and they identified that they were calling from PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT, which is a collection agency in London, Ontario. I think they we're trying to collect on some credit card debt with TD VISA from 10 years ago or something. Because I know I don't owe anybody right now I didn't even bother continuing with the call. I dug up this info on the web:

Thanks for the info.  They left an automated message on my machine so I added a call treatment on my IP phone.  Next time they call they will get forwarded to their own 1-866 number.   Technology is wonderful!
