21:26 PM  Answered call on 4th ring. But, no one was there.

Just got a call, sounds similar to everyone else. 905-910-0664 at 2:50 p.m. on Aug. 22. No response when I answered. Call centres generally phone a bunch of people at once, and whoever picks up first they talk to, leaving the remaining lines they've called. I'm highly confident this is the case, although I'm not sure why people are getting some feedback (like "Hello" or "call center sounds").

I keep getting phone calls from this number too. Today at 10:20am they said "hello" and then nothing else.

I had a call from 1 905 910 0664, the caller asked for Mrs..and no more...hung up...what are they playing at and who are they...this has happened a number of times, very annoying as I am a senior citizen.

Got a call from this phone number this morning at 11:24 a.m. It said UNKNOWN caller so I didn't answer, didn't recognize the number. No message was left. Did a revese lookup on phonenumber.com and it just says it's from Markham, Ontario on Call-Net Communications.

They called, I said Hello and I heard talking in the background, I just waited after that and after 20 seconds they hung up

This was at 1:42pm  Sept 26 07 (about 2 minutes before I wrote this)

Called my home and didnt talk...I called back said voice box was full...

i received another call today from 905-910-0664 which was "dead air".  when i called the number back it said "mailbox is full".  so i sent an email off to the crtc making a complaint.  the website is below

maybe this will stop them if enough of us complain about this annoying company.

I recevied calls the same as the other people. I deleted the call.

Picked up the call on the first ring and, as usual, no one on the the other end spoke. I held the receiver to my ear until the caller hung up.

This is just one of several calls from this number - I think it's about bloody time the authorities got involved! This is harassment on a grand scale and possible fraud!

I would suggest that people DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK because there may be a charge added to your phone bill. The "900" numbers are "paid service" right in there with the dial a "Joke" lines and "Phone Sex" lines etc. The gutless, bottom feeding, scum sucking, owner of this number is just trying to make easy money by getting the best of people's curiosity to the point where they call back and have to pay for that call. If you have "call blocking" on your phone service - block this number!

"900 service permits callers to place calls to 1-900 prefixed telephone numbers and connect to a pay-per-call program delivered by a third party called a 900 content provider."

Maybe it's time to take some form of legal action against the service provider which is Rogers who acquired Call-Net

I have had several of these calls in the past couple of days, with no answer.
I called Shopco as listed in one of the emails above and they have told me that they will remove me from their list...I'll keep you posted if I get any more calls from this number...

I have had dozens of calls from this number; all of them result in a hang-up after I answer the phone. Calling back results in a "this mailbox is full message."

Why someone would invest resources into calling people and then hanging up on them is beyond my comprehension. I can only guess that they are looking for a specific target (ethnicity? gender? age?) and I don't sound like what they are looking for so they hang up.

I had someone call and they said.."oh..wrong number" and hung up.
Some of these people/groups, i understand are just fishing for live numbers.

This number has called my house 4 times today. I pick up and no one is there. This is very annoying. Does anyone know who this person(s) or company this number belongs too.

shopcofoods@bellet.ca does not exist, email is undeliverable.
I have sent an email through Shopco's website ("contact us") - no answer yet.

Does anybody know if the RCMP can be of any help with this sort of thing?
There's got to be a way to make their life miserable.

This number has called my home 3 -4 times a week for at least a month.  No one is ever on the other end.  I hope you are right about this being shopco foods.  I called the 1-800 number you posted and asked to be put on their do not call list immediately.  I will let you know if this helps.  Months ago I spoke to a shopco foods rep so this could be it.  *fingers crossed*

Has called several times.  No message left.  I called the 1-800 number listed above- left message NOT to call me again.  I'll let you know if it works.
