woke me up, never left a message, SCAMMER

called me 2 times yesterday, again this morning. I answered, kept hollering hello until the guy hung up. So I called the number, they have a high volume of calls, said dial 69. Message came up if you don't want any more calls press 1 which I did.

The no call list doesn't work. Never has. The main problem is the registry doesn't enforce it's own rules and telemarketers and businesses are not obligated/required to register. When the registry first became available, you had to re-register every few years. Now it's every few months. And truthfully, there's no point anymore, with automated voice messages, robo-calls and rude people who hang up on you who refuse to take your number off their list. Our cell phones are not supposed to be listed anywhere, yet more and more people keep calling mine. And yours.

PS is wrong on almost every point. The Do Not Call List did work at one time (although VOIP has now given rise to sleezy telemarketers who ignore it.) And registration is permanent, you definitely do not have to re-register "every few months". And all businesses are obligated to use it. And whether or not a number is "listed" has nothing to do with whether telemarketers will call it, never has.

I work for a company that does legit surveys. We know about the no calling on Cell phones law in the States. Trust me, it scares the [***] out of us. We only call people who ask to be called, if we don't comply and accidently call a cell, we can be sued. However, shady telemarketers and scammers don't have to worry about this, as they probably are doing things illegally anyways.

This person on my phone keeps face timing me and keeps threatening me to go to hell and try to kill me and I see are you going to kill you when you're sleeping and keeps threatening me to go to hell and try to kill

Good info if everyone registers a complaint maybe they will disconnect these scamers.

Got recording for carpet cleaning service with a free hallway cleaning if I pressed 1. Caller ID listed the caller out of Westfield.

Caller ID was "Westfield."  Presumed telemarketer.

Well, happy new year to us, I guess, since we are being plagued by a bunch of new unknown telephone callers whom we know are just scammers and will never answer.  As usual, no message.  This one indicates Westfield, NJ (as if this is even real).

keeps calling about cleaning carpet from westfield,nj. Push button to be removed but doesn't help

Called twice today: Westfield NJ.  Now using a carpet cleaning scam.  "Hello, this is Diane.  We want to add you to our list of satisfied customers..."  I hung up and she actually called back!  I blocked it.

Call to a cellphone.  Presumed telemarketer.

called landline - did not answer - no message left

Called again, 3/10/2017, at 7:00 PM.

Called again, 3/13/17, at 2:15PM.

Called yesterday and today to my  landline phone, I never answer this number  they never left a message, do not call list is useless
