Very rude, very pushy...kept asking for a name.
"Hi I need to talk to the guy I spoke with last week, the guy in charge of your maintenance dept." Ugh I can't stand these people who try being sneaky to get a name...I hung up.  The jerk called back. Hung up again, he called back.  Then started demanding he speak to my super so he could tell them how rude I was being to a customer.  I work for a very busy engineering firm and don't have time for this. Of course he couldn't give me his company name or what project he was a customer for. I got his name and number and "assured" him someone would get back to him.  I then turned around and called the number to find our his company's name.  Got nothing.
