Caller ID "Private Caller". Called back and number "Not in Service".  Blocked!

Caller ID said" SBDO COUNTY SUP...
Did not answer.  Believe this to be a scam call ostensibly from the San Bernardino County Superior Court to advise me that I missed my jury duty assignment?  I don't live in San Bernardino County.

I have got a couple phone calls from this number but never home to pick up. Caller ID shows San Bernardino 909-989-3799 so today I was home so I picked up. Lady came on the phone and wanted to set up a yearly service for my Furnace and A/C. I told her I already have a service contract with another company and she said okay thank you have a nice day.
Now will see if they stop calling.

Been getting calls from this number the last couple of days and no message left so this time I decided to answer.   Man named Jose came on the phone and made it seem like I already had a Heating service contract with them and when could he come out. I told him I was not having any issues, thanked him and hung up.  I have a warranty contract, but not with this company.
