This number repeatedly calls me even though I'm on the do-not-call list. Sometimes it rings once and they hang up. Sometimes it rings and rings, but they don't leave a voicemail message. I get the impression they want me to call back so that I'll get charged.

I returned the call and "Rachel" said she was from "Docu-serve".  I hung up.  This "company" called me a year ago or more about my brother's debt and how a judgement was going to be filed against him and he needed to get to court if he wanted to have any say in the matter and that he needed to talk to them immediately.  This is actually illegal per Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.  They are only allowed to ask about his location information.

Docu-Serve - process server - trying to locate people to serve court documents.  However, when i called back and gave my phone number - the person they are looking for that they have associated with my number is not me.  They claim that they cannot disassociate my number since I am not the person they are looking for!  I have to send a letter with proof from my phone provider that the number belongs to me, the length of time I have had that number, and any other persons associated with my phone account!

Total scam.  Just bitched out their operator and caught her in multiple lies.  When I told her that the only reason she had my number is because my number was on a list that got hacked and sold to scam artists all over the world over 4 years ago her response was, "Well you could have told me that in the beginning," and hung up.  In some states impersonating a Process Server is a felony.  Total scam.

They are a Document Server. I called the number they gave me and it was Monument Financial. They did have a court case number but they were showing the case was already closed. They had all the correct information though.

I have received numerous calls from this number.  The caller does not leave messages.  I talked to someone earlier in the week and told them the person they are looking for is not me and that I have no idea who that person is.  The guy then hung up on me.  They still continued to call after that.  I just received another call and called the number back and "Crystal" answered the phone and I asked where I was calling and she said "Docu Serve" and that they are process servers.  I asked who they were looking for and the person she was asking for was the same one I had been asked about before.  I told her to remove my number.  She said she did and that it could take up to 24 hours to have my number removed.  I told her I read online that this was a scam and she said "yeah I have read that too", but that they were process servers and that I complaint had been filed against a person and they were trying to locate them.

This is a scam ... Don't believe that.
Don’t get intimidated by a bullying bill collector – real or fake.  Any debt collector impersonating a law enforcement officer or threatening you with immediate arrest if you don’t pay up is violating federal law.

Rachel Sims As what she calls her self is a person trying to impersonate a Process server through the courts which is against the law!! She needs to be reported and locked up !!!
She is nothing but a low life with no education and has nothing better to do! She sounds  desperate.
If you get a call from this number 909-999-7793 make sure you report it !I
According to the FTC, the debt collectors claimed to be federal and state agents, investigators, or members of a government fraud task force, or they pretended to be with a law firm.

Someone called my daughter who lives in a different state, looking for me, saying they were a process server. They gave her a case number, saying I had to call within two hours or they were going to serve me at my residence or place of employment. If they were in fact process servers, or a legitimate company that I had done business with, they would already have my address and place of employment. Why would they have to call my daughter who doesn't even live in the same state that I do???  Scam? Bill collector? Don't know, not calling.

I have been receiving calls at all hours and they do not leave a msg.  They contacted my sister in law and an old employer looking for me.  Stated I owe over $2700 and they were going to file a court case against me if I didn't pay today.  I called the Bank that this is supposedly for and they do not have any open accounts AND they don't have anything in Collections.  The number and business name they gave my in law is 888-975-3817 for DocuServe but it was answered by a Monument Financial.  Do NOT pay them anything, report them to the FTC they are a scam!
