This number belongs to World Financial Network National Bank (WFNNB).  They are a holding company for credit cards, i.e., Goody's, Victoria Secrets, Lerner's, etc.  They will call you 10 to 20 times per day, even if they know they have the incorrect number.  They are the most rude and obnoxious people I have ever had the displeasure to dealing with.  They have been harassing me for a year and I am not the person they are seeking.  Even after sending them a certified letter demanding they cease and desist, the calls continue.  I even received an apology letter from the bank assuring me they would remove my number from their system - still the calls persist.  I have complained to everyone all the way to the United States Treasury.  I think the only way to stop this is for everyone to bring class action lawsuit against this institution.

I have just gotten my new phone number from Verizon 3 weeks ago.  I have had more calls for the person that had this phone number before me than I can count!  The woman that had the number before me must owe everyone and God!!  This number called me twice on Saturday, I answered and nobody spoke, so I hung up.  They just called me again today so I called them back.  I didnt give the woman my name because I dont want them starting a fake file on me trying to get money from me.  I am free an clear of any debt but my mortgage and utility bills which are all paid and current, but I knew the name of the woman that had my number before me and she confirmed it was the person they were trying to reach.  I told her to please remove my number from her database.  She said she couldnt.  I told her if she didnt then my next call was to the BBB, so she turned her story around really quick and said she would remove it.  I told her if I got another call from them, I was suing for harrassment and anything else I could bring against them.

    Not Today!
Collection call for various different apparel or shopping stores like Lane Bryant, Lerner's, Woman Within, Catherine's, Goody's, etc., (and more).

They literally call night and day. Repeatedly--sometimes 15 times daily. Would you believe I have NEVER ONCE ANSWERED a call from them?? Truth.

My call blocker is the best $$ I've ever spent! I've also engaged the assistance of a consumer attorney who made them pay me for telephone harassment! Google one in your city/state--make these Jackwads pay YOU! Google "consumer credit attorney/your city/state" and go talk to them free. I got $500 put in my pocket from Dell's faux pas last year---he sued them after they had me served at work for collections! Most ppl are afraid of debt collectors--don't you be one of them! MAKE THEM PAY YOU!!

Advice: Call blocker, Answer no letters/calls, and a consumer advocate/credit attorney. Don't be bashed around by these trashy collectors!! WISHING YOU THE BEST!

Tell me what to do about the class action lawsuit against them.  I am sick to death of them.  The calls start early in the morning and go on until late in the evening, even as much as 9:00 PM.   They call all day every day, even on Sunday.  They never leave a message.  They just call to bother people - that is it pure and simply!

This number DOES call about 10 times a day. I have no idea if that is even legal. They never say who they are, just ask for a person by name who doesn't own this number. I block one numbe rwith a 913 area code and they call from another outgoing line. Luckily, nowadays you can block the number, but it still shows up in your missed calls.

Well known and they won't stop calling.  They are easily found on the internet, where a certified, return receipt "not me" letter can be sent.
First, you should make a complaint at this Federal Agency, and while there you should also read up on how debt collection is supposed to work as well as what your rights in this matter are: https://www.consumerfinance.gov/

Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.
