Asking for job interview. Think they stole my info from Monster Job.com.

Received a phone call from this number claiming to be the IRIS and they needed information🤔

I was called by a girl named Jazzman, from 9142694476.  She said she represented Bankers Life and would like to setup an interview with the Manager since I have "Transferable Skills". Anyway she said she found me on CareerBuilder.  I have to say a lot of the BS started when I listed on CareerBuilder.

I've been applying for work and missed the call from this #.  Glad I looked up this #.  It's still Bankers Life, from a Jasmine Wilkins (recruiter1454@bankerslife.com, also received email).

Got a text from 309-733-4046 said it was Alaina with Bankers Life. She reviewed my application and would love to meet with me. Please call her at 914-269-4476. They have been calling for a couple of days from the 914-269-4476 number but I refuse to pick up since I never applied for any jobs with this company. Looked up their number and found all these comments. Thank you all for sharing your experience as it confirmed what I was already thinking.

Got an email from Bankers Life woman is saying her name is Megan Esworthy. She wants me to email her back with my phone number saying the number wasn't on the resume that she found of mine. Suspicious because my phone number is on my resume. Wasn't sure if it was a scam or not until reading all these comments.

I have been applying for work outside South Africa.
To my surprise, I received a mail from Megan, stating her manager Joe was very impressed with my CV.
And they want to set up a interview.
Being very excited to finally get an interview for work outside South Africa, I quickly responded with a mail back to her. Stating the time and date I will be available for the interview. However I clearly stated that I’m in South Africa and that we will have a time difference.
Till today I’m waiting for my interview.

The reason i am on this page is just the same identical one!
I had doubts and I am confirming them now!

I just received an email from Megan Esworthy saying she is so impressed with my skills and have a few offers for me but my number is not on my resume. I quickly checked and it’s there... so I googled the number she told me to call and found all these comment... I have been applying for jobs for the past month and was so excited to receive that email. Such a bummer. Thanks everyone for commenting. I loved reading how he name constantly changed lol good luck to everyone looking for a job

This is a pure scam call.
Company called Bankers life is searching resumes posted on indeed, monster or zip recruiter and try to hire people to run their door-to-door life insurance sales scam. They go by different names. Also keep eyes on companies mentioned in previous posts such as Income life,  National Income Life or NILICO as well as Mark Lahijani or Theodore Pappas who seem to be the biggest con artists out there.
Be aware that all they offer is endless door-to-door knocking in projects and low income neighborhoods and sell phony life insurances for pure commissions.

They have been calling me many many times a day and from different numbers too (914-535-0726)(914-561-8007)(914-509-8917) and others. It’s being a really pain in the ass!

I am really tired of scams, seriously. I get them every day at least 3-4 times. What kind of people are they? I wish they could disappear from the earth.

I got an e-mail from Megan Esworthy  requesting to call 914-269-4476 and wants to set up a Zoom interview and that they got my resume online. I'm currently looking for a job, however, since I didn't know the area code, I googled the number and got this page. I was also wondering how they got my resume as I moved overseas from NY an year ago, before the pandemic and haven't applied to jobs in NY since. Definitely a scam!!
