this number calls 2-3 times in one day i dont answer numbers i do not know and they wont lv a message

I get calls  from these guys too.  He told me he could lower interest rates on my chase and discover card.  I do not own either card, never had them.  He proceeded to tell me I do have them.  I asked for his name and his manager, he hung up on me.  I get these calls about 3 times a week, someone different every time.

They left a message saying I owed over $10,000 to the IRS, which is not true.  I owe no money to the IRS.  I feel they sound threatening and could scare people into thinking they owe money in order to use their services.
