Calls and leave no message. I receive more than 10 calls from that same phone. Authorities can not do anything. It is violating my privacy. If I take any kind of these will I peak his or her neck.

I got 8 calls from this person today, I'm hoping it doesnt last but if it does I'm giving them a piece of my mind. Last call I received I answered and after saying hello I noticed he was in a crowd of spanish speakers or something. He waited a while before asking hello too. Strange, but whatever.

I have been getting calls from this number all morning. I also keep getting telemarketing calls from random companies with California area codes. I answered once and asked the guy how he received my number. He said it was from another telemarketing website. I am not sure how or when my number started circulating b/w these companies but I'm assuming somehow my one company got my info and sold it to another and so on. Either way I'm getting it changed asap bc this is so annoying!

They want your credit card or bank card number supposively for free gift cards you have won. I have asked to be taken off of their calling list since I had my phone put in a month ago. They call me everyday after 9pm. I keep telling them and even asked for a supervisor which they refuse to give me at time and once a guy pushed the buttons on the phone to make it seem like he was the supervisor but was the same person and then tried to make sexual advances to me!!!! Saying how he would like to meet me and would I like to meet him. That I had a sexy voice. I told him I was tired of thier harrassment of calling me after 9pm. I am home all day so it is not like this company couldnt call me at a decent hour. but even after asking for their removal proceedures I still get called. They have no removal proceedures except for you to ask to be removed which they do not do!!! I want to know if there is a way to sue them for harrassment. On my caller ID it shows up as SBC Offer. I asked the caller what company they were calling from and they go right back into how I should get the free giftcards that I have won. I never even entered a contest for a free gift card. I think it is a scam!!!

I've had about ten calls from this number and no one answers when I call it back... It's getting annoying and I'm getting a little worried. :[

This company has called a total of 7 times. I answered once and they tried to give me a $120 gas card. When I told them no thank you, I wasn't interested, I hung up. They called back immediately and persisted that I deal with them. I told them not to call again or I would report them. They called again tonight and my partner answered. He told them I was not interested in their offer and that I happen to work for the company they claim to be representing. He informed them that we will be reporting their number to the BBB and if they call my number again they will be hearing from an attorney due to their continued harrassment. We will see what happens. We are also following through with what we told them.

I too have recieved 10 calls from this number today. Started around 8:30am, multiple times throughout the day, and a couple of times tonight with the last being at 8:25pm. I ignored them all day, and answered this evening. I told them I would be calling the FCC and the call ended. Then 10 minutes later they called again!

I say we organize a day/time and all of us call them repeatedly! haha Anyone interested in some revenge?

Well, this company decided to call me a couple times this evening.  The first time I told them I wasn't interested and asked them to remove me from their calling list.  In response to that, they decided to hang up on me.  A couple hours later, they called back.  I tried to tell them that someone called earlier and I asked them to remove me from their call list.  In the middle of my sentence, the guy on the other end of the phone kept saying shut up and f*ck off then hung up on me.  I am going to research on how to report/sue and whatever I can do to these guys.  Unfortunatley, I am in CA. and the phone number that is listed when I do *69 is New York.  And of course, when I call back and press 2 to speak to someone, the mail box is full.

I received 4 calls yesterday.  On the 3rd I decided to program them in my cell phone and make their ringer SILENT.  However, I noticed a 4th call before I went to bed.  Called back and chose option number 1 to remove my number.  It said it had been successfully removed.  Then at 8:16 this morning, another call.  Now at 8:36 am another.  I answered and told the person that this was the 6th call, and I had called them back to remove my number.  He said that they weren't trying to call.  I asked him why when I called back does it say "you have been contacted for telemarketing purposes."  He hung up!  I would love to see if I can get a block on this number on my phone!

This number keeps trying to call a number that I only use for texts on my iPod. It has "called" every half hour since 6 am this morning! I've also been receiving them same type of call from 1 (805) 204-0174. And this has been happening all week. I'm certainly not going to call back on my real line or return a text, sure don't need them to start this mess on a new number.

This is a version of the advance-fee-for-something scam where something is a grant, loan, lottery winnings, interest rate reduction, gift card, doggie, cruise, vacation, free gas, etc., and the advance-fee is for tax, shipping, registration, secure handling, service, etc. They may send you a fake check, may want your credit/debit card or bank account number,  or tell you to wire cash via Western Union, Moneygram, etc. They can put recurrent monthly charges or a 1-time charge on your card or bank account, and sell account info to other criminals and you'll have to replace accounts altogether. Wired-cash is irretrievable - once it's picked up at the other end, it's untraceable and gone. Same, $120 gas card for my credit card info. I asked him to do dirty things to me in return for the info he was asking for. After 5 minutes of me harassing him, HE hung up on ME!  LOL poor sport : )

Called me 3 times between the hours of 8 am and 12 pm. I refuse to answer. No messages. Although I'm quite intrigued by the thought of harassing them!

These people all speak wit a foreign accent wanting your information, name, etc, and say you are eligible for their drawing.

SCAM-O-RAMA and they won't quit calling,      yea got a call from this guy saying they were doing a promotion with wal-mart and walmart wanted to give me a $50 gift card and two tickets to Hawaii. All they wanted was a credit card number or bank card with at least a $1 balance and they would be at my front door tomorrow with these gifts and at the time they arrive I would have to pay $5 more, same or different card. LoL LMAO, do people really fall for this bs, are they not calling from new york, I'm in Florida, be at my door tomorrow, whatever, totally a scam, stay away!!!!

This is a total scam. They get your number from a variety of sources, though I do not know how specifically. DON'T GIVE THEM ANY PERSONAL INFO OR CONFIRM ANY PERSONAL INFO. If I saw them on the street...violence.

I have been getting calls from this number for months now. It is always for a Free gift card to Wal-Mart, but I have to give my credit card number to pay for shipping...Yeah right. The first call I actually fell for it. I gave him my name and all my info, and when I he asked for my credit card number I finally realized what was going on, and asked to be put on his do not call list. This got him mad! He starts yelling at me and keeps repeating in his very annoying accent that I can not understand that he is not part of a scam and I must give him my card number. So I hung up. And about every week now he calls. I ask to be put on his do not call list he says no and hangs up. I just put my name on the donotcall.gov site so hopefully that will work. If not I will find a way to sue. I feel harassed! And cant take is rude behavior anymore.

The same thing is happening to me, they sound like they're are from the middle east, so i tell them all the time to remove me from the calling list.. i get rude and disrespectful and they still call. Tell me about some free 120.00 gas card. Now that doesnt even sound right, why 120.00.. its normally like 25.00 or something. I dont give them any information
