Answered the call. Wanted me to verify my street address and the last 4 of my SSN. I asked what the call is for, he said personal matter and wanted me to verify my identity. I again asked what the call was for. He repeated that it was a personal matter. I told him I'm not verifying anything unless he tells me what this personal matter is. He said he couldn't tell me until I verified my identity. I told him I wasn't giving out any information of myself to him without knowing the nature of the call. He said they already have the info, I just need to verify. Told him if he does, he can send whatever personal matter he was calling to the address on record and I will deal with it then. Not sure what it was. All my bills are paid and current. Caller did not have an accent.
