    This caller's name was Brandy, she claimed she was calling on behalf of a cruise company. I let her know that I have received many calls from this (916) 249-3941 number asked her NOT to call me anymore. As soon as I said that... She immediately hung up (disconnected). I have had dozens of calls from the (916) Area Code, w/ Prefix (249)  and the last 4 numbers always change but the area code (916) and prefix (249) are always the same. So when I block the number after each call... They (not sure whom) always call back on another number (916) 249-XXXX.
    It has become very bothersome for me to answer these calls every day sometimes more than once a day. Please tell me how to stop this.
