Called from (440)353-3124, a spoofed number for what seems like a legit financial company in Elyria, Oh. But the message gave a call back # of (916)249-6152.

Bandits!

Received 2 calls.  They left a strange recorded call saying I'd paid for services and to call for a refund.  No idea.

they call me 3-4 times daily from several 202 area code numbers. i have asked them to remove me from their call list and they continue to call. i asked to speak with a supervisor and they asked me if i was dating him. this is ridiculous

they say we've paid for a warranty and are entitled to a refund.  They call on one number with a local area code but give this 916 area code number as the one to cal for the refund.  Efforts to block do not seem to work so I suspect they are being forwarded from one of my office lines to my cell (so the blocking is not working) but the fact that they are using different numbers and calling every single freaking day is annoying.   DOES NOT IDENTIFY WHO THEY ARE BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE THEY ARE SAYING WE PURCHASED A COMPUTER WARRANTY.  The only computers we have purchased are HPs.

When I called the number it was answered by an individual that was clearly in a call center environment.  NO OFFENSE TO ANYONE BUT A STRONG ACCENT.
He says we made the purchase from GEEK SQUAD and then asked if I remembered the purchase?  I advised him that I am a business and have several devices in my business so HE needed to advise me when the purchase was made so we could confirm it based on our invoices, etc.  Don't have a recollection of purchasing anything from Geek Squad but I'm not the "geek" in my office either....I just walk around and wave my arms in the air and people fix it or tell me to buy a new one.

Called and left an automated message that I paid for services and to call them back to get my refund.....I count every penny and know I didn't pay for any services I didn't use....Crazy scammers!!

lol, two calls from these useless Odumbo clones, such an obvious scam, they need to go back to kindergarten, I was smarter always than this.  People, just just just never answer calls from numbers you don't know, tch tch

Similar to the above- Call to claim refund amount for paid computer services. Press 1 to talk to a representative. The call was from an unknown local number. I provide my own computer services and never press 1!

They have called twice in the past four days and I already had them blocked on  my phone but I can see that they are calling since I can see it in my Blocked Calls - the message is always the same (a cut off message that only says press one to speak with a refund officer) ... uh, no thanks, but keep trying. its adding humor to my day.
