I want to know who this is. They call and do NOT leave a messge

Likewise - they call me as well, leave No message, AND, when I answer, they do NOT respond.

They've called me twice today! Who are they??

Same here...called three times, no message...called it back out of curiosity and always reach a recorded message "thank you for calling TJSI (I think), all of our operators are busy blah blah blah"...first calls were on the 1st, and then again once yesterday the 2nd and once today so far, on the 3rd.

Called and hung up twice, now they're blocked on my end.

This number has called off & on for about 10 days. When I answer there is nothing but pure silence. Some times the call comes late at night. I hope this person can be identified and taken care of by the law.

I have been getting multiple calls daily from this number. They never leave a message and when I answer the call is disconnected. I called the number back and left a message asking them to stop calling my number. I still get calls. How to make it stop?

Same here.  They have called me several times and never leave a message and never respond to the word HELLO.

I think it may be from an advertiser from a radio station in Sacramento, Ca. If you entered a contest they are trying to sell you something. The calls started after I entered into the Harley contest. I get them sometimes twice a day or 3 times a wekk. No message left. I've called back and usually no answer. One time I called and a person answered only to say they wanted me earlier and then hung up. i could hear the music in the baclground. maybe it was for a radio contest; who knows.

916-365-9179, keeps calling me.  I returned the call and I got a recording saying, thank you for calling Regional Media and that all their operators were busy and to leave a message.  I did a reverse look up on the number and this is what came back: Mpower Communications Corp.  Folsom, Ca.  I hope this help anyone out there.

Answered the call, pushy woman excited to tell me about the grocery coupons she wanted to drop off for me. NO.

I get this call on my cell phone at least twice a day but has never left a message.

I can't tell you much about this number but I can tell you how they got your number and maybe e mail address.  Has anyone of you recently purchased or cancelled comcast (Xfinity) service.  they sell your data like crazy.

you can call them and tell them to stop selling your information to telemarketers.

I get one or two calls from this number daily. As with all the previous responses, the caller does not leave a message and/or hangs up before the phone is done ringing. I did a reverse search and came up with the same answer - Mpower Communications Corp. I did a search on them and found the following information of who they are. I am also getting calls from this number, no message left.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.
