Something like Capio Partners?  I think it's a debt collection service for medical and health care companies, but I don't owe anyone for these types of services, so I'm not 100% sure on this.  Calls and does not leave a message.  I do not as a rule pick up if I do not know the caller.  If it is important, they'll leave a message.

I am pretty sure this is a debt collector.  I answered it once before & spoke with their collector for hours.  I was in a major motorcycle accident that left me completely paralyzed just below the chest.  This company purchased my info & "debt" from the ambulance service.  I have bills & the insurance paperwork that shows that my debt was paid in full.  Even after I told them that, they offered to settle the claim if I pay only a portion.  I told them, "No, I owe you nothing".  The call is recorded & if you admit that you owe anything or offer to settle, which obviously means you feel you owe some thing, they will take you to court to make sure they get full payment & infringe as many lates fees they can pull out of their a**.
