I got the same call from the same person....good to know it's a scam. These [***] had me scared and then I called my local police department and reported it. They actually had someone call me from what looked like the PD's # saying they were on their way to arrest me right now. Fake and I reported them to the State's Attorney Generals Office

"Ronnie Roy" has been calling myself & my work saying I will go to jail for nine years if I do not pay him one lump sum of $2000 immediately. Fraud/Scam caller from California!

Stop calling me, emailing me, and if you continue I will report you to the BBB and I will continuiously check my credit and report to my attorney for further action. I asked for additional information to verify credibility and again hung up on. They call my place of employment, he told me five or six times, and I have been having repurcussions with my boss for that reason. I dont know of any government entity that does that type of activity. I do NOT believe you are calling from the US Goverment Attorney's Office.

They called my personal number as well as my work number stating they were from the attorney generals office I then had to ask which state,  They state California.  I do not live anywhere near California nor have I ever been in California before.  

Mac Addams called my job and said he was from the SSi Department they left a number 916-469-6344 called them back and they hung up on me.

He said the exact same thing to me today...  i gun up on him

I got a call from 916-469-6343. they left a message for me to call the 916-469-3644 number. State of California Department of Justice Office of the Attorney General. This man said he was the senoir attorney, George Beluwski. Said he had a warrent for my arrest. He saked if he could go on , I said of course, I just want you to know and verify the fact the I am also recording this call...He hung up.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! On July 23rf  They said they were from Attorney Generals Office in California...they called non stop when I finally answered the guy wanted all my personal information said they had a law suite filed with them and wanted to transfer me to their Attorney I told them to send me in the mail what the law suit was about an then I would have my attorney call them and hung up. Like I said they kept calling non stop I let it go to voicemail and in the message they said they would be seeing me soon and called me a jack ass...I then called back they connected me to their so called attorney which in a matter of minutes got mad cause I called him out on his scam and he told me to go stick my fingers in my p***y along with other things to do to myself...I just laughed at him and told him the call was being reported...he hung up on me...later they called again asked for me and I said they had wrong number they then asked for my name and I said I was Michelle Obama the Presidents wife jack [***] and then the continued to say my name in full and told me they had everything about me and would f**k me up! I called my lawyer and he called them and told them they were no longer allowed to contact me or we would file a suit against them. Well the calls stopped but now today July 24 they call my job and spoke to Human Resource and told them I had a law suit filed against me so I had to explain what happen yesterday and call my lawyer again today...Such bull [***] to go through cause someone is trying to make a buck off of me...NOT HAPPENING WITH ME!

A Thomas Lynch called me and said the same thing. So he wants to play, I played with him also without telling my information. I told him that I don't understand him and told him i need an interpreter because I can't speak fluently in English and cannot  understand him because he speaks so awful English. Ask him to get a Filipino interpreter...then he hung up :P Those guys are scammers for real!

Received a phone call saying that his name was Ronnie Cooper and that he was an attorney general. He threatened that I needed to pay $2000 or I would be arrested and picked up by the police.

I was told he was going to drown me in a cup of water

I received 3 calls on my cell phone and 1 at work from these people.  Message left is about a case at the State Attorney's office in Sacramento.  Called back, a man answered - not the same one who left the messages - and he asked for my name.  I asked for a supervisor.  He said he was the supervisor.  He wanted my name and I refused to give it to him.  He said I need to give him my name or don't call back and he hung up.  I tried to call back - no answer.  These people have been blowing up my phone for 2 days.  I refuse to answer calls from numbers I don't know.  Something needs to be done to these criminals.

Who did he think he was talking too? I told him, no why don't you fax me the information he said enough said we will see what happens in the next 24 hours. This is creepy. He knew my social and he knew my place of employment!

Called me at work!  Got everyone upset - claimed to be from CA State Attorney's Office - with a very heavy Indian accent threatening me.  Thank God I'm a researcher and knew to look online.  Besides, if this was legit, I would imagine the State Attorney's office has better things to do and would send me something certified in the mail.  TOTAL SCAM!  CRIMINALS!
