Mortgage broker asking to refi my house. This is the direct line for agent Ryan McElwain.

I've been getting these call for several years.
This what I've found to be pretty effective.
I made a list of spam callers phone numbers and when one of them call, I answer with
AN INDIAN ACCENT AND SAY HELLO, HELLO, HELLO, AND I DO NOT INGAGE IN CONVERSATION WITH THEM. This drives them crazy and they hang up.
Mission accomplished! Then they put me on their DO NOT CALL LIST. !!!! I win.  

Now, those call have dropped off a lot.
It works for me, Try it You'll like the results.

These idiots called me from Paramount Equity Mortgage today asking me if I've refinanced my home loan.  1.  I've never owned a home.  2.  The last time I was looking to buy a home was over 5 yrs ago. 3. I told Ryan that his information violated so many clauses of the do not call list that if he contacted me again I'd file a lawsuit against him for violating it.  He apologized and said he'd remove my number.  I seriously doubt he'll do that, but we shall see.
