He claims he works for a law firm. Why is he calling me from a cell phone and not a business number? Will try to find out

He said he works for a law firm, trying to collect a debt from an on line loan from those check lenders.
He wanted to let me know I could be in serious trouble, and wanted me to set up a payment plan if I could.

I just want to know if this is something that I could get into trouble with, I mean is what he is saying for real?

Just got the same call-scary how much info they have -tried to say i took a loan out years ago and it was deposited into an account thats been closed for years as well-said the sheriff was gonna come and charge me with Fraud-I said that I was going to charge him with fraud and harrassment and this so called company that gave me money-what a scam

I just received a call from Kristen Shaw from Hill White & Associates, with the number 917-719-1914, saying that my brother's social security number was a part of 2 criminal charges and that they wanted to get in touch with him.

They did the same thing 2 years ago for my dad.  It's a scam.

Bank of america asking me to pay 890 usd for some bank charge to transfer donation amount.
